Often there are things about my job that really bring me a deep sense of gratification in what I do. This week has given me an opportunity to reflect on some of those things. With so many tourists coming to red rock country, and so many tour choices; I feel such gratitude when someone picks my company. And to make it even more gratifying, to choose to use me, for such important times of a couple's life together. On Sunday, I had the pleasure of working with a couple from California and there two wedding planners. The scope of my tour was something I had never officially done before, though with some careful questions upon meeting Sonia & Ed; given my expansive knowledge of the Sedona area, I was able to provide them exactly what they were looking for. For they are getting married here on March 12th and were looking for the perfect location for them and up to 175 of their close friends and family with stunning red rock backdrops. So although, I have never been a Sedona Wedding Location Scout, I can now say I can add that to my list of available services. It was a pleasure working with them, as well as Beth and Esther from Beth Helmstetter Events & Weddings out of Los Angeles. Aft harmony with your beloved.er showing them all around epic and inspiring possible wedding locations around Sedona, I realized that I may wish to help more couples coming to Arizona, and wishing for that perfect location in red rock country to hold their wedding. Helping people come together in love makes my heart feel really good. Yesterday, I had a lovely couple here on their honeymoon. Again, it brings me such pleasure to be able to be part of a couple's beginning moments of their lives together. And although I have had many couple's join our tours for their anniversary celebration, which is equally gratifying, there's something really special when I get to share Arizona during a couple honeymoon. So, I reflect in gratitude. May I extend my love to every couple who have ever shared a tour experience with my company. I wish you all a lifetime of peace, LOVE, and harmony with your beloved. Thank you all for allowing me to share my love and passion with you, Arizona. Had the pleasure of taking six ladies out on a girls weekend getaway excursion that included wine tastings from Caduceus Cellars, Cellar 433, Chateau Tumbleweed, and The Art of Wine. Their tour was completed by an amazing Italian dinner at Cucina Rustica. In fact after dropping them off for dinner, I couldn't resist but to stop in myself for dinner because that food there is just exceptionally good. Sometimes it's just simply worth it to spend your entire tip on dinner, this was most certainly one of these times. And it was so worth it. With so many wines out there, the world wide web is a great resource to discover new wines that you may have never heard of, or are even available at your local wine purveyor. Personally speaking, I like using CellarTracker to search for wines as well as for cataloging all the wines I have in my wine cellar using their app Corkz. Well, another great site to purchase wine and get free upgrades is UndergroundCellar. They have a newsletter that you can opt in to receive that has daily deals on wine from everywhere! If you enjoy wine, it is most certainly worth checking out the sites I have listed in this blog post. |
